I wanted to start a topic about ABSN program at CSULA for Summer 2018 and get some feedback about applying, stats, and more. I am looking to apply here and to other similar programs and I wanted feedback about your experiences.

I was in 99th percentile - all my national percentiles are 90 and above and I still have no interview. 4.0 in pre-reqs and 3.7 in prior bachelors. I don't have prior experience though..so who knows the reasoning. They obviously have something they base it off of...let's just hope our time hasn't come yet, but it is in fact coming ;)

Do you have any hands-on volunteer experience in healthcare at all?

I have volunteered in the NICU since December 2016 at our local hospital

I was only able to see it on the website if I accessed it on my phone. It's also in the email they send you after you create the account. The website is new and has a LOT of issues

Did your friend meet all the requirements? Did they state why? Sorry for them - I know it's so hard hoping for the rest of us.

I didn't really ask her too many questions.

I am too, but it's so hard. It seems like a while since anyone has posted that they got an interview invite. Crossing my fingers another wave is coming :)

Hi all! I'm new to this page but wanted to pass along some encouragement just because I know the waiting period is stressful. They are still sending out invites for interviews! I received mine just this morning. I think that the application period has been especially busy this year, so don't count yourself out yet! There's still a shot at an interview í ½í¸‰
