I just thought i'd make a thread for those that are eagerly awaiting to hear decisions from the applications they have made for 2009!
I applied to 7 schools for mostly direct entry MSN programs, i got rejected by one so far i hope it's not a trend that'll continue :/
Lets hear about which schools you all applied to! :)
YES!! I've been accepted to the Brenau University Masters FNP program!! It's not a direct entry program but if you graduate from their Bachelors program with a minimum 3.0 GPA they will consider your application for direct entry. If you get in as a Direct Entry student then you must work fulltime as you need your year experience by the time clinicals start. The program is part-time so it takes 8 semesters to complete at 6/7 credits a semester. I'm so nervous but this is what i want...I'm five years into my eight year plan

Congrats Mex. It is so exciting to be on your way! I have decided I am changing from the school I originally accepted. I begged another to take me back even though I had turned them down - they have been amazing from the start and everything is so organized and clear. I like that - it works for me. They sent me all the classes I should take for fall and I am all signed up! I am sleeping easy these days knowing that the school I am going to is solid as a rock. UML here I come!

Just got my letter from Medical College of Georgia (MCG), for the direct-entry MSN, Clinical Nurse Leader program! I'm attending the Augusta campus and it starts this August. Any other MCG CNL students out there?
