I just had a little K guy in here. Cute as a freaking button, only met him once this year. He tells me his belly hurts. Okay, no temp, ate breakfast, pooped last night. I gave him some water and let him rest. After a bit I said "Okay little man, ready to head back to class?" He gives me this pathetically sad, guilty look and says "Well. I have to tell you. I had a plan."
I said "Okay, what kind of plan?" and he responds. "My plan was to tell you I have a belly ache so you would call my mom and she would come here and I could see her. Because I really miss her!" and he bursts into tears.
I didn't know whether to cry because he was so cute and sad or laugh because he revealed his whole diabolical plan to me. It was priceless.
I am a huge crier, too! I cried yesterday when one of my little autistic girls told me her beautiful dog "is going to die and I won't see her!" I damn near lost it. Kids and dogs, they get me every time.
Once, I saw a billboard and it made me cry so much I had to pull over and compose myself.

I feel bad for him. He gets dropped off at the before care program at like 6:30 AM and doesn't get picked up from the after care program until 5:30 or so. He's a real cutie.
I felt my ovaries tingling when I saw how much he loved his mama. It also made me wanna cry because mine is all the way in Georgia! That's right. This tomato crab has a peach for a mom.
