So I graduated from an ADN in December 2013 and was lucky to be able to find a job right out of school. Ive been working now for about a year, and is my first medical related job. Should I leave out my other work experience, i.e. Staples- customer service? Also, should I leave my Clinical experience while in school or take it out? Please help!

I wouldn't include your clinical experience anymore, but I would list where you did your senior preceptorship.
How long were you at Staples? Were you there for a long time? If so, it's good to show longevity, but otherwise, I wouldn't put it.
Something I recently changed in my resume was under my healthcare experience, I put a category, "Non-clinical work experience" and listed the company, position and dates. That way they are there if it's interesting to someone (like being a manager at a retail store for 5 years), but there isn't anything lengthy about it taking up space where I can speak to my nursing experience.
