A little dissappointed in allheart.com

I've heard great things about this site, so purchased all my supplies there. I did get a nice Littmann at a good price, but the bandage scissors are so cheap. They hurt my hands, and they're hard to work. I ordered a bp cuff, and have to return it, too. I need a latex free one. The description didn't say, but the box says it has latex. I can't even find one to exchange it for b/c none of them say. So I have to pay to ship those back, which means I'm losing any money I might've saved there. I got a really cool penlight, but the clear thing that keeps the light from going off had an allheart bar code sticker right on it. I pulled it off, and now my cover is really sticky. :angryfire I guess I'll be driving all over to find a uniform stuff where I can see what I'm getting. That's my 2 cents.

Ordered my steth from allheart.com as well. Came relatively quickly and no general complaints other than the fact that they were also TOTALLY unresponsive to my e-mails with questions about my order (after I was informed it was back-ordered).

I've never had any complaints with allheart. Got all my toys in no time (took a little longer for the scope, but it's b/c i had it engraved). I've been thoroughly impressed with them. Prices are great, and i get great service from them.

I've used them twice. The first time I was very satisfied with everything about the transaction. The last time they messed up on my order and are in the process of sending me the wrong color scrubs. I'll let you know how good the fix is.

Just another tip to remove that sticky label stuff....you can try Avon's Skin So Soft bath oil. Works great at removing gluey crud.

I had problems with allheart as well. The only reason that I used them was because when I joines the National Student Nurses Association, I got a $10 gift certificate. There was an Incredibly Easy book that I ordered from them. My emails went unanswered until I threatened to get it taken off my credit card. THEN they responded and said it was on backorder. Went ahead and got the charges taken off, emailed them and then 2 days later it comes in by FedEX. Funny thing though, the return labels were torn off. Got it returned and then they still tried to get me to pay for it, even after returning it. It was finally resolved and taken off my credit card, but never again will I order from them. Yes they have great prices, but not at the expense of the headache I had with them. Also, always beware of companies that don't list a fax number or telephone number on their website and the only way to communicate is email. I learned my lesson. oops! my mistake! i forgot that they did have a fax number, i just don't like sending credit card info over the fax. i never did see a phone number though. good detective work!

You heard good things of this company? Check bbb.org, they have been rated an F and other sites no one ever has anything good to say about allheart.com.

I've purchased from progressivemed.com. They have some good stuff and I order over the phone with a live person and use my credit card.
