Families of people with Huntington's disease know the pain that Carol Carr of Georgia has been dealing with for years. Carr cared for her husband before he died of it, and then watched as two of her sons suffered from the genetic disorder. Now Carr is charged with killing her two sons in a nursing home.

what a terrible ordeal for the families. And how distraught must that mother had been to cause harm to the people that she undoubtly loved and labored for. What a tragedy on all accounts.

i worked w/a nurse whose husband and son suffered this horrendous disease. it was very hard and very destructive. i don't know how she stayed sane. especially in the latter days, it is impossible to live with. her stories used to make me grateful for my health and that of my family. i feel for anyone suffering this, family and friends included.
