I am so freaking out over this class. I just started my first semester as a nursing major and I am so freaking out by this class. It is split up in lecture and lab. I feel I can do the lab portion of this class but the lecture seems hard to me. The tests are going to be essay style and he does not go over what will be on the test.

well i would recommend one book which helped me out, since it was my first time taking any medical related class, i bough A&P for dummies, and it helped me out a lot! Plus you should google whatever you are studying!!! it is very easy to come across easier to grasp info online, you can also youtube what you are studying and there are great movies regarding it!!!

what helped me on youtube:

they have great educational movies on EVERY SYSTEM ON THE BODY,

- bones, muscle, endocrine, gastrointestinal, neural, epitelial, reproductory, cardiac, respiratory... you name it and you will find a movie for it on youtube!

also they go far down on the cellular level, were you can learn your cells, and dna, they have an AWESOME move on DNA, RNA reproduction, which i can still tell you the order of things that happen to form RNA because that movie was so great!!!

they have pain movies and sensory... ohhh i spent many nights youtubing after reading the chapters i was suppose to!!! you should try it!
