I was just browsing my school's website Farmingdale U. and notice they offer A&P 1 with labs over the summer.
Is it sensible to do it that way? The classes are Mon to Fri 1 1/2 to 2hrs. I guess if they offer it, then it students must be passing it - right?
Im looking for opinions and or experience with this. Anyone ever done a class in a month.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I took A&P over the summer in 4 weeks Mon-Thurs 8-12. I got an A but it was intense.

As you probably read my prior post already, I took A&P 1 and 2 last summer while working full-time and I got A's in both classes. AND might I note that I still managed to have a great relaxing summer. The class does not have to consume you unless you let it!
Tonight in fact will be my first microbiology class this semester and I am still working. I am up for the challenge. Juggling these difficult time constraints really prepares you for nursing school, which is I am sure more intense than what we're going through right now. I have read countless stories on here about people who have completed nursing school with young children at home, so that in essence makes my experience to prepare for nursing school mere cakewalk as compared to them.
The KEY is to properly manage your time and keep to your study schedule. Hit the ground running with the class and stay on top of your reading. Do this and you will have plenty of time to enjoy your summer.
I am SO happy I took A&P last summer the way I did. I recommend you take the plunge and get it out of the way like I did. There will be other summers!!
