Bellevue College hopefuls 2014-2015

Hey everyone, I didn't see a thread for this yet so I thought I would start one.

Is anyone else applying to BC for Fall 2014/Winter 2015 cohorts? I'm getting nervous with the deadline less than two months away. I did all my pre reqs there and it's my first choice school which probably adds to the nerves a bit. Are any of you finished with the application process yet? I think it's nice that this year, the background check is after the initial application just for the sake of saving money if I didn't score high enough on my TEAS to get in.

KKerstetter, I was in for Winter quarter, but I'm guessing I was somewhere in the middle of the cohort.

I suspect I was the low end of the winter quarter w/o wait list people with my 85.3

Bellucy-

Here are the required books & materials lists that we got at orientation. (You might have to rotate the pictures, my phone is doing that for some reason) Congratulations on joining us! :)

Thanks theStephmonster for posting all of that information! Just what I needed. :)

Okay, this really has nothing to do with BC. Just felt the need to share this shirt. http://www.sunfrogshirts.com/Cute-Skilled-Nurse-ladies.html

Were we supposed to get access codes by now?

What access codes? For Fall cohort? I am winter so I'm not sure..

Access codes in order to register? I'm not sure, but it'll be dependent on whether you have all your stuff in or if they needed anything for you.

I asked about my wait list status a few days ago and I'm currently #2. Was originally #19. (80.1 TEAS). Just to update the waitlist people!

Are any of you winter quarter people realizing how terrible your patience is like me?! I am so nervous for orientation. I really haven't heard anything else from the school besides the initial acceptance letter and papers that came in the mail. I'm worried that I'll go to orientation in October and they won't have me down to start or something awful happened to my deposit. Haha...such a worry wart.

It's okay seattle. I know how you feel. Getting my new flu shot tomorrow, turning in paper work. You're not the only one who has not heard back, but they did take my money, so I figure we're good. :)

Haha true. Let me know how the flu shot goes. I've never had one in fear from hearing all the stories of people getting really sick after the shot. I've always turned them down. For my current job I needed to fill out a waiver form, which I may need to do for nursing school if I decide not to get the flu shot again. Is it actually effective?
