Who's NOT waiting on a letter????

I'm just curious if there is anyone sitting like a duck like I am.... it seems there are so many of you who are just about ready to leave us and venture on to the Nursing Student Forum!!!

I still have the rest of this semester.... Summer Session... and fall and spring of next year before I can apply.... Once I get to that point... I'll have to wait until the following fall to start the program... sheesh... that is like forever away! Fall of 09. I won't graduate until Spring of 10. I'll be an old lady by then....36 yrs old. How can it take a person 32 yrs to figure out what they want do do with their life???

I'm just sooooooooooooooo jealous of you all! Congrats to everyone who has received their letters and for those still waiting.... GOOD LUCK!!! :balloons:

Yep me too, I am finishing up my pre-req's and will apply in the fall. I have to still take A&P and Micro then I will be completely done with all my pre req's and hopefully start nursing school in the fall of 2008!!

Count me in too. I'm working on pre-reqs and for financial reasons I'm waiting to apply for the entering 2010 class. Yes, it seems like forever from now Most of the time it doesn't bother me, in fact I'm thinking of using that time to kick out some more classes and just do a BSN instead. But this morning I heard from my lab partner from a year ago who just got her acceptance letter - she's starting this fall. I'm very happy for her, but sad for myself all the same.

And I'm already 40yo so don't feel so bad you younger folks. As it stands, you're getting a decade start on me!

I won't be applying until next spring either... It seems a long ways away... but just think how fast this year is going!! It is April already!!

I'm not waiting on a letter :uhoh21:! I wish I was, I can't apply until '08 and if I get in then I will start '09....the wait seems like it was forever! I wish everyone good luck

oh I hear you on that but believe me the time goes by anyway and it actually goes by awfully fast! I can apply the fall of 07 for spring 08 start. I started the fall of 04 pecking away one class at a time, I am now in my last two science classes but I have to wait until they are on my transcripts before I can apply seems unfair I thought at the time but now I am actually looking forward to the break if I continue to do as well as I have been I will be applying with a 4.0 and hope to start spring 08.
