Flash Cards Definitely! If you do not want to make them yourself, purchase Mosby's Medical Terminology Flashcards. They're about $40 but well worth it in my opinion.

Likewise I found flash cards helpful, when studying I would surf youtube believe it or not and found some entertaining albeit unusual ways to remember medical terminology...
Also, concentrating on the pre-fix and suffix of the words helped to remember what they were.

The book should have come with flash card and a CD. The CD has lots of games and i love to play games. It worked out for me.
