School supplies for pre-nursing

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

Published

Hello, I don't know what school supplies I should get for the spring semester. I start next week. The classes I'll be taking are M,W,F- Psychology 101 and T,Th- Reading, Elementary Algebra and Art Appreciation. I was debating on if I should get a 1 in or 1.5 inch binder for my Tuesday Thursday classes and a 1 subject notebook for Psychology.

I never took psychology or an art class before so I don't know how much notes, hw, etc. I'll be getting.

For the previous fall semester I took 4 classes and I bought 4 notebooks for each class and ended up not using 2 of them. So I didn't want to do that anymore and waste money. I just want to know what supplies did you guys use while you were a pre-nursing student. I really need the help. Thanks in advance!! (Btw: I already have a planner)

Psychology I had a 1 subject notebook for. It really was not a difficult class and seeks to change the way you think more than encourage notation and rote memorization. Elementary math is best to have plenty of scrap paper for in-class calculations as typically calculators are not allowed. I'd have plenty of room for notes in art history, and reading as well. Both can be very note-driven classes depending on the professor. Good luck!

I'm sure you'll be told any specific supplies you need

For me I would get a binder for psychology only and another for all of the other classes. I would go 1.5 or 2 inch. The art class depends on the teacher. When I took it I did not have a lot of notes the teacher gave us printout of his slides so I just notes on the slides.
