Hello I'm still kinda new to this site and as I'm browsing around it I was woundering what kind of shape and health everyone was in just a vague description will do. I'm a 22 yr old female out-of shape w/ mild epliepsy and I have acid reflux.
What kind of health does it take to be a nurse??

the American Journal of Nursing (AJN March2004), has a nice editorial on nurses with disabilities. It might offer some helpful insights. I am not a nurse so I am unfamiliar with this.

Nurses reflect the general population. The general population is a bit overweight and out of shape and nursing reflects that.
Epilespy if it's medication controlled generally shouldn't be a problem. I've worked with a nurse that had seizure.
Lots of us have acid reflux, myself included.
My advice would be to take care of yourself and get into shape! But you know that don't you?
