Muscle action, origin and insertion question

I am studying for my last lab test next Thurs and have to know the action, origin and insertion for 35 muscles.....my "wonderful" prof doesn't tell us how he will ask things and I am wondering which is the best way for me to study these things. I am trying to figure out how he might ask.....to me it only makes sense in many cases that you need both, the insertion and origin to determine the name of the muscle.....maybe you guys have some tips and how did your instructors design this particular test.....

It's driving me crazy and I am running around like a headless chicken not knowing if I am on the right track :uhoh3:

Hey, as long as you drink responsibly, not continuously, and you don't make it a "have to have" habit, then you'll be ok.

Can't wait t'ill Dec 6th, in Europe people celebrate St Nikolaus day on that day....you put your boot out the night before and if you were good all year you'll find tons of candy the next morning in it, if you were naughty you get some coals. I'll give my teacher some coals after my final !!!!!!!!!:icon_lol:

got a 93 on the muscle lecture test, need to do well on muscle lab test. He said he'll tell us the muscle and gives us choices of origin, insertion, and some action. Need to identify 12 muscles on muscle man and be able to spell correctly and some general questions about muscle function.....wave summation, tetorifice etc. Nerves are bonus! I should be ok.

We will have our 4th lecture test separate from our final, both on the same day :sniff: AAAaaarrrggghhh a big pile of coals for him!

Trying to fight through that origin and insertion jungle, the lab book says it one way, the book says it another, the cadaver movies says it yet another......his special flashcards that a student gave him in 1812 says it yet another way......... which way is he gonna ask aaarrrggghhhh. Continuous pain in the......:uhoh3: :uhoh3: :uhoh3: :uhoh3:
