I know the application period for Spring 2015 cohort ended on 7/31/2014. Does anyone know when rejection/acceptance letters are typically sent? I believe it is via email...

I haven't heard anything yet either. A girl in my chemistry class told me that she called the nursing office today and asked when they would be sending out emails and they told her it would be at the end of September! What!?!?? I can't believe it would take that long. Maybe the nursing office is receiving a lot of calls and just decided to tell people that it was going to be that long so they would quite calling. LOL I'm hoping that, anyways! This waiting is killing me.

I also called the nursing dept. yesterday and I was told that it would be another month, so possibly near October. I don't know what happened maybe there are a lot of applications to go through...however I'm just speculating. But I'm a tad disappointed. I just wanted to find out so I could start planning my next move and stop checking for the email every hour...lol

Well, maybe it's true then if you got the same info :( I put in my application on the second to last day of the application period. I counted the number of people on the sign-in sheet that started on the first day of the application period. I counted 110 applicants had turned in their applications. There was about a day and a half left for people to apply. Just some random info for ya! :)

Wow, you counted it? Lol... you don't play around! Well that's good info for me, so now I know what I'm up against and that being said... I better start applying to other schools.

Yeah, I counted how many were on a page and how many pages total, then did some quick math while she was checking me in. LOL

Hi everyone! Nursing department was very kind enough to give me a call because of a question on one of the requirement, which means that they are still processing and not yet done with all the applications. I asked if there were enough LVN to apply for the program and I was told that since they are still going through the applications, they really couldn't tell me. When I asked when can we find out the results, I was told that they are going to try and get it out by end of September.

Hi! I got the email yesterday and sad to say, I didn't get in into the LVN to RN program. Check your e-mail. I'm thinking that the result for the ADN program should come out pretty soon. They will take 36 students for the ADN, i'm sure with the highest point.

Yes, I got the bad news too. I thought this would happen. Not enough lvns applied.
