Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

I just completed all the prerequisites for my BSN and It felt like it took me forever hahaha. How long did it take you to complete your prerequisites?

Congrats girl!! I'm done with all of the prereqs for the ADN program but still have two more to go for the BSN program. I'm still about to apply to the BSN program though since they do allow prereqs in progress. I'm so excited!!!

It took me 2 semesters to complete prereqs for the ADN. It will take me one more semester to finish the prereqs for the BSN. Plus another to finish the GenEds for the BSN.

Good luck to you!

Specializes in L&D, infusion, urology.

Congratulations! That's a great feeling! Are you starting a program soon?

I did mine slowly, so it took a good 10 years or so. There were some breaks along the way.

Now I'm one semester away from having my BSN! Woo hoo! :)

I have a question. If it tookyou ten years to do you pre-requisistes have your science classes expired (anatomy, micro chem)? I hear they expire after 5 years for some nursing program.

I can relate, I worked full time and had some breaks , it took me SIX YEARS because I have a family and stuff happens. But I kept at it. I have to take the TEAS V in January and apply in February
