I am a student in the accelerated program. They are no longer offering the accelerated program. October was the last class.

They semesters are now 15 weeks long .

Call the school and fax your transcripts for evaluation.

What if you are a LVN? Is it still 12 months?

The program for LPN is 14 months. :) LPNs can test out of fundementals. Fax your transcripts in and have them evaluated.

please send me info on ichs nursing program.

I should start the project this January

I am actually thinking about going there as well. for the 12 month program. Did you decide to attend?

I have some questions. I do not live in Florida so I plan to commute for the clinical portion. Is the scheduling pretty flexible? Do they have weekend and night hours available for clinical?

What is the pass rate for the classes ..ie to pass the class?

from what I have heard, their passing rate is 80 plus % and they are accredited. As for the clinical flexibility, I heard you have to fix it your time for example, you can do a 45hours a week, weekend or in two weeks depanding on the individual. I live in Oregon, have a husband and a 22months old but, have concluded to do the program in 12 months.

For me, it is a great opportunity because, it has been so difficult to get into a program here in Oregon. They make you to keep on taking unnecessary classes and every school in Oregon is different when, it comes to nursing admissions requirements.

I am just tired of it and want to increase my income.

Wow so that is about a 4 hour flight for you. I live in Pennsylvania so I have a 2.5 hour flight. Yes PA is the same way the process is brutal to find acceptance into a nursing program. Do you know anyone who successfully completed the program? My husband is not quite on board with my decision because I do not know anyone who went through it. I would like to begin Jan 6th as well. I am praying on it. The commute will be very expensive.

I don't know anyone who completed the program but, did read testimony on their website about those who completed the program and went on to other programs. I checked their accreditation and they are which was my foremost concern.
