Yes, possibly, but nervous... Was debating between ICHS and Nightingale but ICHS is moving so fast.

Don't just focus on fundamentals and pharmacology. The questions are all over the place. Make sure you know basic medication calculation - amount over dose on hand and etc. TAKE YOUR TIME. They give a long time, maybe it was 3.5 hours. I can't remember, but pace yourself, there will be someone watching you which is nerve-racking but try not to think about it. I moved slightly to the left to do a calculation on paper and my proctor told me to move my head back in front of the screen. I'd forgotten I was even being watched! LOL. Study mental health. There was a good handful of mental health questions. There are a few 'where would you put the patient' questions. A lot were mental health, like the patient is in a manic stage, and what you should do. I took my sweet time, I used almost the entire time. I did calculations at least twice. I also thought in my head do the calculations sound correct? Remember converting lbs to kg. 132 lbs to kilos is dividing by 2.2 = 60 kg. I hope I don't sound condescending, I know you're an LVN/LPN, it's just there were a few questions like that. It's easy to forget when you're nervous. There is a calculator on the screen you can use. Do the calculations at least twice. I think there was at least one IV drip calculation. Maybe more. I took the exam on May 24th. Passed both which felt great. But no worries whatever the outcome is. Just try your best. A lot of questions stumped me, but I would just pause and really think, and try to eliminate. Try to get it down to maybe two good answers. And know prioritization. Which patient would you see first. Remember airway with those ones. Good luck!
It can be for any cohost honestly, I don't intent to make it just for 2025 grad cuz everyone from CA is welcome.

Hi there everyone
I'm considering going to the school and just had questions about how it's going for people that are attending now. I live in California and I was just wondering if it's difficult for everyone that is from out of state... or is it possible to make it work.. I work part time so hopefully it won't be that difficult to travel ..
