FIU Generic BSN 2014

Hi everyone!

I'm not sure if there is another thread for FIU's 2014 generic BSN program, but I figured I'd make one. I just wanted to see if there was anyone else who applied? I finished applying about a week ago and I was hoping maybe someone in the program could give us some advice or insight on how they like the program.

guys how do you get the One Card and is financial aid available to use to buy books yet??

You have to go to fiu, to the wells fargo inside the school. I just got it today, just take your license and know your id number and you have to show them your schedule.

Hey guys! Congrats getting into the program! I'm currently a sophomore at FIU and I have soo many questions about applying to the nursing program. First, I'm currently an exploratory student in health sciences and haven't changed my major yet. Idk if I have to change it to apply. I also have a low GPA (3.6) as of right now (currently taking anatomy/lab and its KILLING ME). I also don't have any volunteer hours but I shadow nurses at a hospital and idk if that would count :/ I know it's definitely too late to do some community service. Any advice? Like when should I start applying, etc? Thank you!

Congratulations you guys!!! I could really use some advice. I am between the Barry program and the FIU BSN program. If possible can someone please give me some insight on the FIU BSN program? I would be so grateful thank you so much for reading this.
