HI everybody, I don't know if its just me having this problem in my state or if everyone is having it. it is difficult to me memorizing the medical terms, so i need help the easy way i can memorize.

thank you

You're looking on how to remember medical terminology? Well way to memorize these words is not to memorize the word as a whole but into parts. Let me give you a few examples

Gastrostomy. Gastro=stomach ostomy= surgical opening.

Gastritis. Gastr= stomach itis=inflammation or infection.

Polymicrogyria poly=many micro=small gyria=grooves in brain.

My med term class was great. We watched a video series called Dean Vaun and it broke everything down into something silly. For example: GASTRO sounds like gas truck : GASTRO means stomach so if you picture a gas truck with a stomach than you remember that GASTRO means stomach.

That is just how I learned and how I remember things not just med terms but everything in MA school.

I remember those videos! I found them so creepy and awkward. But it actually helped

Omg I had those videos too! Remember otomy? = surgical incision or opening, with a picture of a boy cutting a hole in the wall and the mom saying "Oh Tommy!" Or hepat=liver, with a guy patting a liver LOL!

Gotta say those creepy videos helped me remember my medical terms better than any other resource I used!
