Make an appointment to go see your instructor. This will: a) let him/her know that you're interested in doing better and that you care and b) allow you to find out about any hints or tips that the prof has for success in the class. Since your prof likely knows you at least a little better than we do, he/she is more likely to have some resources that will attack your specific problems with the course.
Good luck to you!
you should check your textbook, the preface, the back cover or the indexes should have any references to an online student companion website to help you in studying the material. you should have been doing this long before the final. hope the best for you. here are some websites that you might find helpful as well. some are instructor websites that include their lecture notes:

I am struggling in my sociology class, my final is coming up what can I do?
I am sitting at a 50 average right now and I need a 60% average to pass.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, is there any sites on the internet that can help me out? I just don't understand it?
