white underwear under white scrub bottoms?

Hi!

I'm starting nursing school in august, and for clinicals we can't wear thongs or bikini style underwear!! Ah!! I feel like I have no options, and yes, they have to be white so that rules out flesh-colored underwear. Any suggestions? My white bottoms are basically see-through which is why I always wore thongs in the past, but those days are long over. What kind is your favorite to wear?

I'm Black, light enough that black panties don't disappear, yet dark enough that white panties can be seen under white pants. Flesh-colored panties in my shade are very hard to find.

Are tights an option? Sheer-to-waist nylons or dance tights (in white or nude) would keep your panties invisible under white pants.

My school scrubs were royal blue. I'm forever grateful.

My friend's nursing school had the same rules. They were basically mandating white briefs or "granny panties". I was horrified that they didn't require flesh colored instead but...what are you going to do? She wore what was mandated. I guess sometimes it's the nursing instructors who should brush up on their critical thinking skills. Thankfully my school uniform is to be dark green scrubs : )

If you wear the nurse stockings (used to prevent varicose veins) that come up like tights, those might help. Also, try getting white pants with back pockets if you can. They Grey's Anatomy brand makes some nice ones.

amongst my group of friends we call our undies "nudies" and they look the best under white scrub pants...the white or any other color for that matter shows and looks despicable lol

I wear black under white scrubs at work, they are very thick though. My top isn't tucked in, so most of my butt is covered. Nobody needs to be looking there anyway.
