If you've had the opportunity to try these stethoscopes, which one do you like, and why? My II SE is ready for retirement, and being on a critical care floor, I'd like to know I'm hearing as well as possible.

I have a Cardiology III and I love it. Until one of the LOLs starts hacking up a lung when I say "take a deep breath". You'd think I'd know by now that that's going to happen. :) someone once said you can hear an ant fart at 30 paces with it.....I laughed then, but it's true. Excellent scope and I loved my II SE.

Agreed, I can hear EVERYTHING with my cardiology III. Love it!

I borrowed a master cardiology this week and after realizing I could hear a gnat sneeze with that sucker, I decided that was the stethoscope I need. ?
