Normally, one with less than five years in the profession would have to be one page. But I'd be hard-pressed to recommend it since even the additional work experience is professional-oriented. So I've structured this as two pages so to show how one is organized. And since you're going for two pages of related material, might as well include your clinicals as your professional experence isn't nursing yet.
Nowdays, one doesn't include "references on demand" as it's assumed you're going to ask when to provide them during the interview, thus getting a guage where you're at for the final consideration phase. Also, be sure to turn your "job duties" into "accomplishments".
So all it needs is a bit of tweeking:
