Hello. I'm just seeking some advice. I've worked at a ltc facility 3 years, I wanted to try a new job so I started a new ltc facility last month. I work there full time and my other one part time( the one I've been at 3 years) I didn't want to just up and leave that job, I love my residents there. I don't like the management there though, is why I started looking for a new job. Well long story short, I hate the new facility im at. I make more money there, but I've seen some questionable things I'm not comfortable with. I want to find a new job in ltc. Should I put the new job on my resume since I've only been there a month? Or just the facility I've been at 3 years and still working part time. I don't want to seem like a job hopper bc I'm not, I just really don't like this new place I started at. Thank you for reading.

If you've only been there for a month, I would recommend that you omit it from your resume.

Mmmm, *I* probably wouldn't, but you need to do what you think is right.
