Online RN-MSN school ?

I am currently working on my associates degree in nursing, i have about 1 1/2 yrs left before i can test for my RN. Anyways, after i have completed school I will be moving out of state and hopefully working full time, I will also have a child who will be about 2 at the time of me and my husband moving.
I was looking into Kaplan University online or University of Pheonix, but i have heard that they are iffy and that some employers won't hire somebody with a degree from them. I read some good things about Jacksonville University Nursing program on here but I have never heard of them so idk... I ultimatly want to get my Nurse Educators certification so i can teach Nursing students, but i can't do that unless i find a tried and true online program that will allow me to get the nessecary requirements first...

I am currently attending ITT-Tech school of nursing and they have an online BSN program but I really don't want to fork out 75k for a BSN when i am already paying 50k for the accelerated program i'm in now.

U of P is an accredited school with a good reputation and I've never heard of employers not accepting their degrees. That said, it's a for-profit institution and somewhat expensive.

Western Governors University (WGU) has a few different RN-MSN programs (in education or leadership) - it's extremely affordable and it's all work-at-your-own-pace so you can accelerate if you want. They have a forum here at AN you should check out.

I have had a few nursing instructors in my RN to BSN program who went to Walden University who told me they were happy with that school. Maybe check that one out as well. The tuition is much less than what you reported from ITT Tech.

I am getting my MSN Ed at WGU- I highly recommend it, as long as you are able to work independently.
