A local university offers a RN to BSN in two years. The great thing about it is that if you have an ADN from an acredited community college, they assume that you have met all lower division gen eds and can enter the program as a junior and finish in two years regardless of what classes you may or may not have taken.

The problem is one, it's very, very expensive, and two, its a face to face format so you have to attend classes during the week. That doesn't work very well for me.

Does anyone know of an online RN to BSN with a similar policy?

There are many "accelerated BSN" programs for people with prior degrees.

Specializes in Med-Surg, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac.

FHCHS http://onlinenursing.fhchs.edu/ has a similar policy, with no "pre-reqs" other than your ADN. They do have some "co-req" courses you take along the way such as Chemistry, Statistics, Western Civ., and two religion courses (they are a Christian school), but it's not required you have these done prior to starting.
