    Personally I think they look a little creepy. They remind me of the dog CPR mannequin I practiced on when I took a pet first aid class.

    However, whatever works is ok with me.

    I have to agree they look a tad creepy. Way back when I worked in a nursing home (before nursing school) there was always a woman who brought in a cat to visit her mom. That cat was quite popular with a lot of the residents on that unit.

    I didn't find it creepy. I think it would be more enjoyable than an inert 'baby doll' wrapped in a swaddling blanket or towel. I see that a lot in nursing homes everywhere. Only time it might not delight a patient is if they profess to hate cats or are scared by them.

    I don't find them creepy either. There are a few people I can see where these would be useful in calming them.
