NPDB . I settled but now I'm worried!

I worked for a HH agency and was sued by a patient. Well initially they sued the company but patient ended up suing 2 individual nurses. Long story short, we (me and plaintiff)decided to settle. I received a letter from NPDB yesterday and now I'm freaking out. Will I loose my job or have a hard time working at a different hospital some day? I wish my lawyer would have told me about this database. I'm so worried now and embarrassed as to when my bosses will find out. Any advice or reassurance?☹️
