So when i was 13 years of age, I was charged with a felony distribution of marijuana. I never had to go to court for the charge due to a diversion class so i was never convicted. My question is, because it's distribution, Will they immediately turn my application away?
Note i also have a dui from when i was 17 but completed diversion classes for that as Well.
I'm 22 now about to finish nursing school with a 3.8 and im trying to leave my mistakes in the past but I'm worried their gonna come back and bite me.
The state im residing in is oregon

We aren't attorneys and cannot answer legal questions.
My understanding of diversion is that is in lieu of having a permanent record (meaning, you complete diversion, it's expunged).
Thank you :)
