    So when i was 13 years of age, I was charged with a felony distribution of marijuana. I never had to go to court for the charge due to a diversion class so i was never convicted. My question is, because it's distribution, Will they immediately turn my application away? Note i also have a dui from when i was 17 but completed diversion classes for that as Well. I'm 22 now about to finish nursing school with a 3.8 and im trying to leave my mistakes in the past but I'm worried their gonna come back and bite me. The state im residing in is oregon
