I have an order of Non-Disclosure for a class C misdemeanor when I was 18. I've already passed my boards and received my RN License. Now the Job Search begins...

When I come across the criminal background questions...do I have to admit anything? I really feel admitting to anything will immediately throw my application into the trash.

Um, please start by taking down your personal picture avatar and changing your name. You might not have to admit to anything if your potential future employer sees this post.

Technically, "An order of nondisclosure legally frees you from disclosing information about your criminal history in response to questions on job applications. You do not need to mention information related to the offense that is the subject of an order of nondisclosure"
