guys, don't worry about the panel interview. They usually ask common questions such as common nursing error and a situational crisis. That's all! At first you'll feel nervous, but once you talk to them, everything will be alright...

After the panel interview, they will text you when to complete your PE. After the PE is complete, then the deployment!!

Okay. Their only screening parameter is the panel interview then after that will be the physical examination.

After the panel interview, what would be next?

depends... what did they tell you? because in some they send a text message that you passed and the next steps.. for some batch, they were told to call on a certain date to inquire about the results and the next step.

if you pass the panel interview, the next step is completing the physical exam, then orientation, then deployment.

Actually, I am not yet called for a panel interview. I just passed my applications last January. So I think I need to wait. I asked that question for me to anticipate and prepare things up. Thanks for replying.

To all those who are interested to apply at MMC for CETN and staff nurse positions, they are currently not accepting applicants since march 5, 2009. The notice was posted at the 9th fl of MMC, i saw it today. You could call there office to confirm this. I'm sorry about this news.

But don't worry fellow RNs, the right opportunity will come eventually! Just don't give up!!! :nurse:

i think it's for them to screen already the applicants before that date, cos i've tried to follow up my application to them and told me that they haven't screened yet since late last year. i asked when they will be starting their reviews on the applications, the lady whom i was talking to, told me that, probably march/april, so i guess that's the reason for temporarily closing the application.

thanks abby gael for posting, i think i've already have a light on following up again my application in this hospital.
