Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

i already read the previous post but just for confirmation.is it necessary to have an 80% board exam rating if you want to give a try in CSMC???dont they give any considerations???

waahhh...help! what if u didn't pass the initial interview? i had mine last thursday... would they still inform us to say that we didn't pass or they wont text at all? i so hate myself...:mad:

I had my exam last friday, received a txt from cardinal santos this morning, i will have my interview tomorrow afternoon...

what do they usually ask on the interview?

(If its nursing stuff, im doomed...) hahaha... ^_^

Hi, tomoyo. During the HR interview, few topicsabout nursing, at least the ones that will give you epistaxis, are asked. The interviewer may ask you about yourself, why you took up nursing, what are the things that you love about nursing...and so on and so forth. :)

Did anyone here take the technical exam with me this monday morning at 9am? :)

For those who are asking, the topics vary. Don't worry, it's a multiple type of exam plus computation. It's just like answering the board exam.

has anyone here who took the technical exam yesterday (July 04, 2011) been contacted to have their final interview? I wish they could text us as soon as possible. I'm so bad at waiting. I wonder if they do it by batch, 'cause my friend will have her final interview on July 07, 2011. God bless to everyone! :)

I'll be visiting Cardinal this Friday, I do hope to receive positive outcome on Friday..

But, i read that they'll be asking various nursing topics, OMG, i havent been working for 6 years now.. so I know I will be having a hard time in answering their questions :(

I hope someone who had taken the exam can shed some info on what topic they focused more...
