Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

yes CSMC is looking for nurses w/ or w/o experience..! i apply for that position as walk in applicant i think it was 1st week of april 2011 but till now i have not recieved any call or email from them o_o

They are being paid for the training as well. Actually, there is a big chance that all of them (18 only, not 20) will be absorbed after the training. Some were assigned to special areas. Out of thousands of applicants, only 18 were hired.

I would like to ask how the exam in cardinal santos is (its contents and coverage)? Any reply would be such a great help. :)

Quick question...will those nurses who will undergo the three month training be compensated during the whole duration? If this is so, can someone give an estimate please? hehe...Just wondering... I read one post in this thread about it and it is the impression I got. Just want to clarify... :) :clown: Thanks in advance for the replies. :)

I talked to a friend about this and he said that trainees get a monthly allowance (of about PhP 6,000 +/-). They're the only institution in the metro/phils that does this.

thanks, Leeleepig! Can I ask one more thing? How can you go to Cardinal santos from monumento? :) I'll be having my exam on Tuesday and I forgot the what station in mrt I should get off on. :(

And oh, I think they are hiring right now because I received a text yesterday from them inviting me to take an examination this coming Tuesday. Wish me luck! :heartbeat:o
