Final Interview @ Cardinal Santos Medical Center

Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!

guys, to all those who took the initial interview yesterday July 5, pls. keep me posted if u have been already called for the technical exam. thank you. i'm also waiting for their text for the technical exam.

Thank you so much! Sorry though for a delay on my reply..

I'll be visiting Cardinal this Friday, I do hope to receive positive outcome on Friday..

But, i read that they'll be asking various nursing topics, OMG, i havent been working for 6 years now.. so I know I will be having a hard time in answering their questions :(

I hope someone who had taken the exam can shed some info on what topic they focused more...

I didnt quite get what you were asking for...

I will start the whole process of application on Friday, so I dont have any schedule for any exam yet...

i also read that a requirement was to have 80%? ---- This is a frustration :(

If your pass their application process (initial interview, initial exam, technical exam, and final interview) you'd be given the chance to become a Nurse trainee (3 months) with allowance. If after that period they see how you've performed, you'd be given the chance to be a probationary nurse (6 months) and so on. That's what they said.

I had my exam last friday, received a txt from cardinal santos this morning, i will have my interview tomorrow afternoon...

what do they usually ask on the interview?

(If its nursing stuff, im doomed...) hahaha... ^_^

were you already texted regarding the schedule for the technical exam? i'm also done with the initial interview last tuesday July 5 and waiting for their text for the technical exam. tnx

I'm really anxious and I'm bad at waiting so Id like to know who have been contacted for the technical exam.

Do anyone here have an idea how many more they need for the training?

hey... no txt from them yet... but the interviewer said to just wait for news so... lets all keep our fingers crossed... ^_^
