Hi everyone! I am scheduled for a final interview at Cardinal Santos on the last week of April.. Do you have any idea on what type of questions would they ask? Is it like, "explain the pathophysiology of blah blah blah...." or anything that would make my nose bleed? (LOL!) Please help me.. I am now starting to review my nursing notes though.. Just want to have an idea how will the interview goes.. And please pray for me as well.. Thanks!
yup, i still remember u :-) neweiz, one of my companions during the interview just called cardinal HR awhile ago, they said that they might send text message regarding the technical exam by monday. let's keep our fingers crossed :-) i had my initial interview last july 5. how about you?
hi eplepticus, and to those who are waiting for the technical exam sched :) any news yet? also waiting for a call/text here..
we're done with the technical exam last july 20 and scheduled for final interview on july 27. sorry for the late reply :-)
aww..that means i didn't pass then
well, thanks for the info. and congrats to all of you who are already up for the final interview
as for me,
i guess i have to move on now and keep my eyes open for other hospitals that'll be open for hiring :)
Usually, they'll ask you about things that are related to the area you worked in. For example, if you were rotated at the ICU, then be prepared to be asked about procedures and diseases such as MI, stroke...things like that. It all depends on what information you put in your resume. IF you were rotated in all areas, then expect that they may ask about things related to all of those areas. Good luck to you, all!

Hi fellow RNs! I'm new here... Just wanted to ask, how long did it take before the HR texted you to take the initial exams? I just submitted my application last Friday, just waiting for their text.. Thank you!
