    Hi all,


    I recently moved to a new place and my old landlord just gave me the CNO package letter to register for the nursing exam. So the deadline for the May exam was March 4, 2013 and it's 3 days passed the deadline already. Do you think I can still have any chance to apply for the May exam? Have you heard of any stories about missing the deadline but still be able to apply?

    Are you actually referring to the CRNE? From what I know, the exam is only offered in Feb, June and October...so I'm unclear what this exam in May is about?

    As far as I know, there are exams in Feb, June and Oct. You're best to contact the CNO directly.

    The CPNRE is offered in May, so perhaps that is what you are reffering to. I would just call the nursing regulatory body in your province and explain to them the situation. You may have to sit in on the next exam, they can be difficult

    CNO is the College of Nurses of Ontario. It is the licensing body for nurses in Ontario.
