I am a new grad nurse in Miami Florida Sep 2014 and I can't get a bed side job in any major hospital in this city. I am planning to move to San Diego California and I would like to have informatiom about the nursing job market in San Diego. Thanks

San Diego has a few new graduate residencies but given that you graduated a year ago, you need to find and apply to them ASAP, as the clock is running out on you. Otherwise, all of Southern California is pretty tough for new grads, especially if you don't have a BSN. You may have better luck looking in inland CA, or getting that first year of experience in Florida or elsewhere before coming out to California.

Southern California in general is tough on new grads. I suggest you find a job before moving. But make sure to state somewhere you are willing to relocate permanently.
