Hi, I graduated a few years ago, have taken and failed the NCLEX 3 times. I am going to keep trying for now but I was wondering what types of jobs should I look for that I can get with a BSN but no RN? I also have a BA in psychology. Please help!

None that I know of... most every legitimate nursing job requires that you have passed the boards.

You MIGHT find work as a clinical assistant in an office/ clinic. The pay will be nowhere near what you would make as an RN. What steps are you taking right now to pass the NCLEX?
I have been studying a lot just like I always have for tests and I don't study well with others so there is nothing else i can really do to prepare besides study more. I was looking for a job that my degrees in psychology and or nursing would qualify me for. I know any actual nursing job I need to be an RN. Thanks for the help.
Have you tried a review course? One that's in a classroom setting for example? Perhaps it's your method of study that's giving you trouble...?

Hurst Review. It was worth it; I passed NCLEX on the first try, 75 questions, and most of my other classmates did as well.

I also have a BA in psychology, and I decided on nursing school precisely because it qualified me for so little. I had a dead-end desk job with a state agency that paid probably a third of what I make now - and that was after several promotions. Bachelor's degrees in social sciences are common, and it is an area that you need a post graduate degree in to get anything resembling a good paying job.
Good luck on passing the NCLEX.
