HCA assesment survey for staRN

I have been applying to some of the staRN new grad residency programs and once I apply, each time it tells me to fill out the behavioral assessment survey. It is the same one no matter which hospital. Does anyone know if I have to fill it out every time or just the first time I apply for one of the HCA hospital jobs?

Only the first time, it says if you've already filled it out it'll be on file for 12 months.

Thanks! If you don't mind me asking, are you currently working in one of the HCA hospitals and if so did you go through the residency? It sounds like a really good way to learn as a new grad.

Your welcome. I'm actually applying to ICU residencies. I have an interview next week with OU medical. I agree I think that a residency will be great especially if your going into a speciality.
