what I should add to my cover letter..... ive been doing this all day and keep changing the sentences/ deleting. im so nervous because I don't want to mess up any opportunities just b/c of cover letter... and I have almost no experience

I am writing to express interest in participating in your new graduate program. It is important to me to build a strong foundation of the nursing profession, and I believe that the residency program at ++++ offers would be an ideal way to begin my journey.

I have graduated with a Bachelor's degree in nursing from ++++++++. The education I received through the school was structured to combine the application of evidence-based practice, as well as expand critical thinking skills with material learned in the classroom. Through clinical rotations I had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, with a wide diversity of client populations.

A personal strength of mine I believe was that I was always able to connect and build trusting, therapeutic relationships with the clients that I was assigned.Although I still require a lot of training and development, I truly believe that I can be of benefit to your organization. I am hard worker that strives to achieve best possible results, and can accept feedback with an open mind.
