hi, im confused about the newyork state application process for nclex, i just want to know if im the one should send the authorization for validationof license and for the school. or the cgfns will be the one to send these tp my school and PRC. Pls helmp me thank you

Hey.

All you have to send to CGFNS is the application, authorizations for transcript and license! Once they get it, they'll do the rest by contacting your college and board of nursing. But make sure you keep in touch with your college and board regarding this matter! It's a very irksome process.

Hi! I am new here. I need your help and advice. I started to process my CGFNS CVS application. I applied and paid also online. I already printed the CVS application, CVS Authorization for Validation of License and CVS Authorization for Validation of Academic Records. At the end page of each form there is Attestation. I would like to inquire about the signature. Do I have to put my usual signature? Or my full name but as cursive? I noticed also a circle in the attestation. Is that for the seal/official stamp?

I want to ask also about Form1 in NSED. In Item no. 20 Child Support Obligation and Item no. 23 Infection control training requirement. Is it necessary to take those courses online. Or it's only required for registration of license. I'm just starting to fulfill my requirements in taking the NCLEX- RN exam.

It is a requirement of the NON and must be done by approved course as listed on their website online before a license will be issued
