License Endorsement to NY from another state: Regarding CVS Requirements

Good evening folks, Im not sure if this questions have been asked and answered many times already here. Heres my situation regarding endorsement i plan to do.

Background: I studied nursing in Philippines and graduated one year ago. I recently got my licensed from florida few months ago. And Im wondering if I apply for endorsement in NY, do I have to do redo all the submition of requirements that NY BON's asking me to do (CVS requirements). I know CES and CVS are two different services that cgfns offers. Im just wondering since i have a valid ces report that hasnt expired, will there any requirements from CES that can be waived in CVS, for example nursing transcript. Or you have to do all the submitting of all requirements to cgfns because cgfns cant use the credential requirements you submitted for CES. Any opinions regarding this?

The New York board does not accept anything other than a CVS. You would have to send an application for CVS to CGFNS. All your credentials will be requested by CGFNS and you will not be allowed to assist in the process (no follow ups, etc.).

h! just would like to ask if you already applied for CVS? Im in the same situation.. Ive got a CES because i applied for Texas state before but now we moved to New York and found out that they need CVS instead of CES. Do i need to re apply again to CGFNS..it takes a lot of time and money again for this. I hope they can at least consider or waived this. Pls email me at [email protected]

NY requires cvs no waiver however CGFNS should be able to use any documents already received

I applied for cvs and my status is ready for final review.

i forget to mention that i passed nclex and i have valid license in New mexico. Is it possible to add details now or its not necessary ?
