How to have ncsbn pass letter?

I took nclex last feb 2017 and i passed. Im an international nurse here in the Philippines and Im currently applying for a job to US, I only received the bon pass letter thru mail but the agency is asking for ncsbn pass letter. How can i have it? Do i have to request for it or the ncsbn would atoumatically send it to me. I searched about this in google but i found nothing about ncsbn pass letter. Hope somebody can help me..

The NCSBN only sends you a letter if your fail (see this page: Candidate Performance Report | NCSBN). Otherwise the only correspondence you receive is from the board of nursing under which you tested. Any potential employer can verify your license via NURSYS.
