Graduated 2008 are we affected by CA concurrency???

    Just wanna ask if foreign graduated last 2008 is affected by concurrency issue.

    If they are from the Phillipines, yes, especially if they graduated from 2005 to present (2013, not sure about 2014 grads yet) AND the 2005-2013 are applying after Nov. 2011, if in CA.

    I can't speak for other countries nor the affected years the CA BRN is looking at for concurrency compliance for them.

    It's a case by case basis, but figure it's probably because her transcripts were "correct" and the BON (assuming it's in CA) didn't see anything they could considered as being "altered". There's still over 6,000 from the Phils unable to get their ATT in CA, some can't even endorsed over from other states.

    So she's definitely lucky, but again, it's the exception, not the rule.

    I would have to agree with the poster above me. The transcripts probably were "correct" (as in not fraudulent) and probably didn't have any issues with concurrency. The classroom and clinical subjects probably were all done in the same respective semesters. That, or the person in question managed to correct any "deficiencies" somehow and was therefore able to be approved.
