Can RN foreign graduate apply for phlebotomy license?

I am italian nurse, My degree is a RN 3 years nursing programm (5400h theoretical hours and 2070 pratice hours).

I am Green card holder, i live in san Diego, i have applied for RN and LVN CA Board.

My question is: White i'm waiting for NCLEX, can i Apply for phlebptomy license with My italian degree transcription?

Or do i have to make a phlebotomy corse necesarily?

You need to inquire with the governmental agency that registers/licenses/certifies phlebotomists. CA is one of two states that mandated state registration/certification for phlebotomists.
