About Cgfns cvs for ny nclex, i need help :)

Hi everyone, im thina, a registered nurse here in Philippines and i just started to apply for cgfns cvs for ny nclex. I am actually confused on the process. I applied thru cgfns connect, printed the documents, paid via credit card. Now, my school sent my transcript already. I had my application notarized. I sent via mail the payment voucher at the mailing address found at the header part of the document. Now, i dont know what will i do with my application form coz i tried to send via LBC my application for but they told me they cannot send it coz of the the mailing address it is in a PO box. Will i send it to tptheir PO box mailing address? Where can i send my document? Also regarding my license verification do i need to go to PRC for them to send my authetication of my license? Please help me. Thank you.

Cvs requires CGFNS to do everything not you arrange for paperwork for them

So will i just wait for them to process everything from my transcript to my prc license? Do i need to send my notarized application form to their PO box? Thank you silverdragon102

Once you have completed cvs form and payed then CGFNS do the request for your documents

Im so sorry but Im still confused why do they ask the applicant to notarize the document and not send it to them?

Hey there! Based on experience. I live in United States. But when my dad was in the Philippines, I asked him to go to my school and to PRC. I registered and paid CGFNS online then they gave me a link (something to download - paperworks). I filled it out then mailed it to my dad. Dad went to PRC and my school personally, had my paperworks arranged. PRC and my school sent the papers to CGFNS.

PRC should know what to do because they've been handling a lot of cases like this. This is where I sent my stuff: 3600 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

Yes silverdragon i printed those 3 forms my transcripts are already sent. I only have the notarized attestation with me and i will be sending them to cgfns. Thank you so much. Ill update regardng my application.

hi tina i'm facing the same problem right now my school is not processing the document to be send to cgfns my relative has to pick it up and send it to cgfns. i ow we i have the same problem with the Lbc because of the P.o box mailing address of cgfns. can u pls help me what to do?Thank you soo much pls reply.
