give all the ones he listed a call to see if there is availabiltiy. I like Alliance MGMT group.

I have an interview tomorrow at st. Alexius...I really hope I get this job, I am literally open to moving anywhere to get experience as a new grad..I am from south florida and it is brutal down here. It is terrible concentrated because we have several major cities and hundreds of nursing schools. I am so over applying to positions here..I will definately give bismark a chance if I get the opportunity. I commend any place that encourages new grads to apply..I know the weather there is brutal but I made it thru nursing school and nclex so I can make it through this as well

Fargo Sanford and Essentia Medical Facilities are hiring new grads and have many open positions. We're on the east end of the state, a little colder but less housing inflation and less cost of living. Welcome to ND, y'all!

which floor?

I'm a native ND'er. I like being a nurse here, but to warn you, ND is a right-to-work state. Employers have great latitude re: hiring/firing. Good communities, fair wages, good place to raise a family. Fargo is multicultural.

maybe fair wages in the east... bismarck pay isnt great for living conditions. I dont think I would have stayed here if I was an experienced nurse(In the long run). Dont get me wrong. I love being a nurse, but I wish the pay was better for COL

The west end of the state just saw unprecedented growth and wealth form really quickly, and many of the wages from noon-oilfield jobs haven't caught up.

for sure... I wish we had costco like they do in Fargo -_-. I like the town of Fargo a lot better than Bismarck, but dont get me wrong. I do like my hospital.

Hi all I just had a phone interview at st.A..the unit manager said she is interested in me and is submitting my app to HR. Is this a definately shoe in..I cldnt tell because the HR email was a bit ambiguous. I'm so excited but I don't want to be disappointed if that's not the case...
