Last I looked they weren't being made anymore and all the available copies (which would be minimally a couple of years out of date) are ridiculously expensive. Our hospital has a computer medication reference but it's poor on neonatal drugs and if you look up compatibilities, they are virtually non-existent, which means, you have to start a new line or find something to stop temporarily to give other IV meds.

The app-only makes sense. Doubt I'll get the free version since my hospital probably still paid out the nose for the one we have (Lexicomp maybe?). I thought I would just get my own book, but for the high price and nothing found "younger" than 2011? No go.
